Aura is a private membership for accomplished professionals seeking unhurried, elevated conversation. We're inviting a small group of Aura Hosts to shape that experience — personally reviewed, discreet, and paid for their presence.
Background checks are required for every Aura Host. Applicants with felony convictions are not eligible. A one-time verification investment of $39.99 is deducted from your first payout — regardless of outcome, nothing up front.

Members are ID-verified and personally reviewed. Sessions stay in-platform — voice and video only, nothing recorded. You can block, report, or end a session at any time.

How is this different from a typical platform?
Aura is application-only on both sides. Members are vetted. The roster is intentionally small. You aren't competing in a feed — you're presented to members who've been personally accepted.
What does the honorarium look like?
$15–$20 per hour, tracked per session. Pay tiers up as your standing on the roster grows. Payouts run weekly to your linked account once onboarding is complete.
Who tends to be accepted?
Hosts we invite tend to be articulate, emotionally literate, and genuinely curious about people. Backgrounds vary — hospitality, the arts, coaching, academia, wellness — the through-line is presence, not a résumé.
What am I asked to sign?
Four agreements during onboarding: the Aura Host Service Agreement, Terms & Privacy, Code of Conduct, and a Contractor Acknowledgment — plus a single photo-use consent.
How is my privacy protected?
You choose your display name and what you share. Your legal name stays internal for verification and tax purposes only. There are no public profiles and no social features.
Is a background check required?
Yes. Every Aura Host completes a third-party background check covering identity, sex-offender registry, and county/national criminal records. Felony convictions are disqualifying. The one-time $39.99 verification investment is deducted from your first payout — regardless of outcome, nothing up front.
